Wrong. Even if a past claim for PPI by you was rejected, you can still apply for Plevin.

You do not need to use a claims management company to make your claim; and if your claim is unsuccessful, you can refer it to a statutory ombudsman service, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service, yourself for free.
